The Body Shop Lipstick 41 Tea Rose & NOTD

While this is not on The Body Shop website, I can't help but think this may be unavailable, which I hope is not the case!
This shade is absolutely gorgeous, it really reminds me of the standard coloured lips of a porcelain doll, which I think is truly enchanting.
I'd describe this as a light shimmery golden peach with coral undertones.

This looks fabulous with a green eye look.
The lipstick itself is medium pigmented, has a soft vanilla scent, lasts extremely well, moisturising but not overly like it will slip off somewhere.

NOTD- Make-up Academy in Antique Bronze, which I think is excellent quality and considering I only paid 99p for it in Savers stores.
I do like gold toned makeup shades but noway will I wear yellow golds, as well they look like an infection or stain on me. I prefer bronzes, coppers and old gold colours.
The bottle is very chunky so it was hard for me to take a picture of me holding it, so please bare with the awkward angle of the picture. You get 12ml within this bottle.

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 18

Vaseline Lip Therapy in Cocoa Butter- A nice twist to the Vaseline Pocket Size range. I love anything cocoa butter and vanilla. I do detect a vanilla smell to this with the cocoa. A thin slightly glossy consistency and does the job, this is yummy! Costs only £1.99 too. :)

Twilight Beauty Volturi Labyrinth Loose Eyeshadow in Dawn- A beautiful antiqued shimmering bronze. Heavily pigmented and I think I applied too much in my swatch. The loose pigment is chunky but easily blended and seems to stick to the eyelid very well. I love these shadows, they have soft almost liquefied texture.

Barry M Glitter Liquid Eyeliner in 03- I have no idea what the actual name of this is, as they took it off the website and I only purchased it around 2 weeks ago at Superdrug. It's a beautiful colour with tones of silver, grey and blue. It's very densely packed and the glitters are tiny.

Rimmel Cool Shine Lipstick in 030 Plunge- Anyone remember these lipsticks? They were on the market for a few months, around a few years back and then suddenly disappeared and landed in large amounts at pound shops, that's when I picked a load up. I really wonder why? Rimmel seem to have a knack at discontinuing lip products very quickly, much like a very well loved lipstick in Foxy

Anyhow going onto the actual lipstick, it has a lovely pleasing cooling sensation and it doesn't feel like menthol. Glossy it is and the pigment is very good for these types of lipsticks. The colours came mostly in shimmering sparkly shades. Plunge is a strawberry sparkled pink.

ELF Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil

I had a mad moment and decided to purchase all of the shades of ELF Shimmer Eyeliner Pencils. I suppose at £1.50 each and an extra 20% off with a promotional code it isn't that mad?

All of these pencils come carded and as you can see the pencil lid is in fact a sharpener. The names of the shades are on the card but not on the actual  pencils which stinks.  For some reason they came a lot shorter than expected and with the £1.50 price tag, they really feel cheap and flimsy.

What I think is really misleading is when they call it 'Shimmer' but to me these look like a pearl finish. I don't see any sparkle just pearl. The main thing is that the product itself is pigmented and has a beautiful texture, soft and glides like butter. I find that 'Black Bandit' seems the hardest to get off with a makeup wipe. These are all nicely long lasting. My favourite out of all these has to be 'Iconic Ivory' as I wanted a pearly white liner and 'Gunmetal' as it seems to flash a gorgeous green colour. Almost reminds me of MAC's eyeshadow in Club.

I'd love ELF to do some more shades in this range, like maybe a deep red and some blues.

L2R- Plum Passion, Boldy Bronzed, Grassy Green, Gunmetal, Iconic Ivory, Precious Pink, Blissful Blush, Black Bandit, Twinkle Teal.

Next Cashmere Eye Palette

So while I was browsing in Next, I stumbled across some Makeup, of course most of these are the holiday gifts. As far as I know there are two versions of this 10 colour eyeshadow palette. I decided to go for the lighter one this time, as my collection has more darks of course. :)

The packaging is nice to look at, complete with a mirror and a bunch of applicators, the shades go from nudes to pretty autumn shades and seriously these shadows aren't bad at all!

Texture wise they're brilliant, very soft and super blendable, with pigment that is also surprisingly descent, although the paler shades were pretty much hard to swatch obviously being my pale skin to blame and a few being a satin finish.

Anyhow my only complaint is that....once opened you have to use them up in 6 months, according to the the back of palette. Seriously I'd never finish a shadow palette in 6 months! Powdered cosmetics are usually the last things to go bad.

I'd say for £5.00 they're worth it, but the 6 months thing aggravates me. Well I shall see if they go bad 6 months later!

*~Aura Fruity Blush~*

Aura Cosmetics is a UK brand that I've only ever seen online.
For some reason the official site looks like it's very much untidy at the moment, so I wonder what's going on?
Anyhow I didn't purchase these off there and got them from Ebay. However there is also quite a few webstores that sell the brand.
Going on to the fruity blushes! The first thing that attracts me is the unusual packaging, as you can tell is rather unusual, with the box and the cutesy bubble shaped compact with a royal blue bottom.
The shades I got my hands on are 'Pink Apple Blossom' and 'Cherry Bombe' I'm sure there's a few others shades available.
Now the blush itself is nicely blendable with varied pigment depending what shade and how you apply and I'm sure I smell a teeny perfume smell when I apply.

Pink Apple Blossom- Is a nice dolly pink which seems pretty matte which reminds me of
Barry M Pink Orchid Blush. This is perfect for pale skin!

Cherry Bombe- Which is a shimmered terracotta based browned bronze and is much more pigmented then Pink Apple Blossom, and I'm obviously thinking it's too dark for me but I'll always find a way for something! Though this obviously can be applied sheerly.

So anyone else heard, tried or have any Aura Cosmetics? Let me know. :)
Overall I think the blushes are a very lovely product and a nice piece for your makeup collection.

Little George Cosmetic Haul

Moisturising Lip Balm in 02 Dollybird- This is absolutely gorgeous, it's not like a lip balm at all as it's way too pigmented and sparkly. The product is so soft like mousse, the only thing it is lacking is scent and flavour as it's non existent, so this might be wonderful for some but for me I like a cute scent.
The colour is a beautiful sparkly pale pink and reminds me of Angel Delight.

Velvet Eyeshadow in No.22 Jellybean- Beautiful bright shimmery perky purple, you can check out my review for George shadows over here.

Shimmer Me! Shimmering Brush-On Powder in N0.3 Halo- This is fabulous for pale girls too and it's very light and easy to use. It's also not as shimmery for these type of bronzers, since many are trying to follow in the footsteps of Bobbi Brown.
