ELF Natural Radiance Blusher

I don't have anything positive to say about these I'm afraid, apart from the fact that they are great these two colours 'Innocence' and 'Shy' are great for pale skin. The first thing I noticed about these £1.50 ELF blushes was the size, they are tiny, more like an eyeshadow. Yes they're cheap alright but MUA does blushes which cost £1, and they are over twice the size. So I guess I can complain!

Instead of a normal flip open lid they have a sliding door lid, which I thought was cool, but no..
It's extremely hard to open the bugger, this involves yanking it hard with your nail, pratically ripping it and yes all my nail polish peeled off, when I finally opened it. Not pratical whatsoever.

Both of these colours apply matte, patchy and chalky which is a shame because they're nice shades.
Shy is a pale petal pink and Innocence is a very pale fleshy peach. Despite how pretty the colours look the formula ruins it, so does the packaging and the size. In my opinion I'd avoid these like the plague.

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 7

BeautyUK Eyeshadow Collection which is the 5th palette and I thought I had them all but obviously didn't, they only seem to sell the all blue toned number '5' in larger Superdrug stores.
You can check my review for them here.

Christmas Pudding lip balm- A cute novelty Item, I received at Xmas!
Doesn't really smell like Xmas Pud more like chocolate. Comes out clear and way too sticky but cute nevertheless. Sold at NPW for £2.95.

Victoria Jackson pieces I got for Christmas from my BF.
Has a lot of mixed reviews but I think it's a really lovely quality and the shadows are silky and very pigmented.

Shine 'N Go Lipgloss Trio- In a leather style pouch and all have a minty scent and cooling feel.
Slight tackiness but supposedly for more longevity. Two have sponge applicators but the lightest shade has a brush.

Harmony Eye Shadow Compact- In neutral shades with a nice faint shimmer, these are surprisingly very pigmented and the colour in the pan is the exact colour on your skin.

Color Collection Peach- A nice classic palette which is really lovely quality. All the compacts have the same feel as NARS with a mirror inside.

Last but not least is a rare MAC lipstick I love and rediscovered again is Vibrant 'O'
A beautiful bright intense Orange Peach shade in a 'Frost' finish. This from the C-Squeeze collection.

Sorry for the small image, just my lips are embarrassingly flaketastic at the moment. :(

Ultimate Collection Shimmer Blush

As soon as I saw this in Wilkinsons at the Holiday gift section, I thought straight away MAC MSF dupe! Yes ok, so it's those unbranded gift sets that usually are pointless, but this was just saying 'get me!' and I'm glad I did. I actually do think some of those cheaper gift sets have started improving recently.
First off it's very glittery and shimmery and very hard to capture on camera and of course this is a overlay but underneath is a very indeed lovely product of shimmer and glow and no naughty matte.
It's also surprisingly pigmented for these type of things and is a very rosy medium pink that warms up with added gold veining.
The packaging is in fact solid and very heavy it's 18g is a little big. :) You also get a brush that is of course one those useless flat brushes, but a very cute touch to the set.
So at £2.99 this is my bargain buy of the week.

N.Y.C Cheek Glow Powder Blush in Riverside Rose

This blush really isn't that bad for budget brand N.Y.C, it isn't greatly pigmented, so if you want a nautral looking blush that's easy to wear this might be it. I think this blush would compliment any look.

Riverside Rose is a very dulled down natural beige toned rose and it appears to be a satin finish.
The texture is smooth and not too powdery which I find you get this a lot with cheaper blushes.
It's encased in very basic packaging but it works well apart from the little bristly stingy blush brush.

It's not incredible but it fits it's purpose at around £3.00 and it's a great neutral for fair skin.

Accessorize Merged Blusher in 2 - Starlet

Starlet is light soft candy pink with cream veining. which comes across angelic looking and fresh. I love how this blusher gives off a beautiful airy glow without any significant shimmer particles. These baked blushes come in four shades, if you're of course forgetting the bronzers. Comparison to the baked eyeshadows, these have a different texture and formulation altogether. They're much softer, silky and to me apply like fluffy clouds. I really wonder why the shadows didn't turn out like that.

I'm so happy with this Accessorize blush, I just want to snap up all the shades. I can really see myself reaching for Starlet on most days as it really compliments my pale skin and it's hard to go overboard on this shade, so if you're pale like me but you don't think you have a light hand to use blush, start with Starlet and plus it'll only cost you £5.00

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 2

Round 2 haha, oh what a day! I just won Black Nail Polish And Lip Gloss fall giveaway! This is coming from a first time winner, who well doesn't usually ever! get this kind of luck, but yay, woo hoo!!!! Be sure to check out her blog as it's full of beauty galore with added Gothic goodness, not only that, she has her own line of makeup named Evil Shades!

Here is my EOTD, it isn't my best, but I love cool toned purple mixes!
I Used:
Bloom Eskimo, Sleek Nightlife, Milani Enchantment, A random blue-purple Pupa shadow from an Xmas shadow trio, Revlon Liquid liner in Black, UD 24/7 Liner in Lust.

Here is was my first blush ever! Which still remains my all time favourite. It's a shade that if I blushed this could be it. It's not too warm and it's not too cool either. It's just well No7 Natural Blush Cheek Colour in Soft Damson. It's very natural yes, but build able. Being Goth I never cared to wear blush for a very long time, till one day I wanted to try it and I did, I found out it doesn't take away the pale hue, but embraces it. It sculpts and defines your features, I couldn't understand how I lived without it for so long. So now I'm a total blush freak and there's plenty more where this came from. Oh and looky at my nice pan coming through?

Barry M Blusher in Pink Orchid

Yay! So I managed to pick one up today, these are gorgeous.
Ok so at the moment No.1 Pink Orchid, seems to be the only shade that appears wearable for me, as this is the lightest they have. All 6 shades are very stand out wow shades! They all have the same finish being a lovely satin, almost matte colours. Barry M blushers are very silky and blend with ease.
Pink Orchid is a beautiful shade, I grabbed this straight away. It is the most gorgeous wearable Dolly Pink! These are £4.50 a pop, but I think they're average sizes for a blush, so it's ok.
I'm hopeful that Barry M will release more colours in the future maybe some shimmery ones? :)
