Quick MAC Club EOTD

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 7

BeautyUK Eyeshadow Collection which is the 5th palette and I thought I had them all but obviously didn't, they only seem to sell the all blue toned number '5' in larger Superdrug stores.
You can check my review for them here.

Christmas Pudding lip balm- A cute novelty Item, I received at Xmas!
Doesn't really smell like Xmas Pud more like chocolate. Comes out clear and way too sticky but cute nevertheless. Sold at NPW for £2.95.

Victoria Jackson pieces I got for Christmas from my BF.
Has a lot of mixed reviews but I think it's a really lovely quality and the shadows are silky and very pigmented.

Shine 'N Go Lipgloss Trio- In a leather style pouch and all have a minty scent and cooling feel.
Slight tackiness but supposedly for more longevity. Two have sponge applicators but the lightest shade has a brush.

Harmony Eye Shadow Compact- In neutral shades with a nice faint shimmer, these are surprisingly very pigmented and the colour in the pan is the exact colour on your skin.

Color Collection Peach- A nice classic palette which is really lovely quality. All the compacts have the same feel as NARS with a mirror inside.

Last but not least is a rare MAC lipstick I love and rediscovered again is Vibrant 'O'
A beautiful bright intense Orange Peach shade in a 'Frost' finish. This from the C-Squeeze collection.

Sorry for the small image, just my lips are embarrassingly flaketastic at the moment. :(

About Face Cosmetics (AKA) The She Space

I've been eyeing up these mineral shadows for a long time now, the vast colour range and naming just gets me and I just want them all. I also got the news that the company is closing down and put all the eye pigments on clearance for only $2.50 USD each which is around £1.64 GBP.
So I knew I had to get in there as it will be my last chance!
Now this did take well over a month to receive but I know that About Face is a very small company and are getting large volume of orders.
I have to also mention that Heather who made all of this, kept me updated with my order and queries and definitely comes across as a very sweet lady.

Now I purchased some of the standard shadows and a few from the StoryPeople collection.
As I took the picture I realized that I missed out one of the shadows I purchased which is 'Twisted Physic' so I promise I'll do a swatch in another post.
These mineral shadows aren't the softest but are not at the least gritty either, they're easy enough to blend and have a superior finish and definitely have very decent and build able pigment. The swatches I did were just one swipe!
My favourite that I have has to be 'Gothic Glamour' it's not just the name of course, it's just a beautiful rich colour which is described as a 'Blackened Pewter Shimmer' it has a deep cloudy brown tone to it that just kicks off with a full blasted iridescent shimmer and if you don't own it yet I totally recommend you do and quick at that as well, since it may be gone forever. :(

Overall I definitely love all these shadows and definitely getting more and more into the loose eyeshadow.

Blue Truffle EOTD & A Big Ole Ouch!

Shadows Used- FrontCover Rainbow Eyes Palette (Blanc De Blanc, Chocolate Truffle, French Blue), Cover Girl Shimmering Onyx.

The ouch thing? Well It all happened when I was opening a new cutlery set, half my thumb nail completely tore off.
Below is my thumb nail on the other hand, the one that died was a little longer than this nail.

Now if you're squeamish do not click the picture down below, it's quite gross and yes it doesn't look like my nails will be painted for a while. Nail polish is China Glaze - He's Going In Circles.

MAC Club Eyeshadow

Now this one looks like a boring everyday shade which it isn't the slightest. It's extremely hard to capture the uniqueness of it.
MAC's description of this is a 'Muted reddish brown duochrome* with green opalescent shimmer (Satin)' Which I think is very accurate. It's like a grey dull brown has been spiced up in a new light. It can look cool in one light but warm in another, with the light mermaid green flashing in certain angles. The overall finish is pearl like. I also think it's very distinctive, I can usually tell if someone is wearing it in an eye look without looking at what they've used.
The texture is very soft and pigmented. It's also in their permanent line and will hopefully never be discontinued.

I really need to do a EOTD to hopefully show it up better.
How do you feel about MAC Club? Want to try it, love it or hate it?

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 17

H&M Eyeshadow Duo in Most Wanted Beauty- Gorgeous shimmery tones of frosty cream and deep fig purple toned brown. Overall lovely pigmentation and only costs £1.99!

Radox Moisture Soak- My favourite ever bubble bath in liquid form. Smells like sugared sweet roses and the most moisturising. I try other bubble baths but always without a doubt come back to this. You can pick this up almost anywhere within the UK.

Carmex Strawberry- The only lip balm I find that actually heals dried sore chapped lips and now it comes in strawberry too. I think I still prefer my cherry over this one though. It's a very sweet strawberry scent.

Natural Collection Juicy Lips Lip Gloss in Caramel Shortcake- A lovely warm nude shade, but I don't really like this gloss. The glossiness fades nearly straight away and it has the most weirdest texture, like bitty flour and there's no glitter nor shimmer in this gloss. Anyhow the scent does not in anyway smell like 'Caramel Shortcake' more like synthetic fruit and it tastes strangely very sweet. I'm not terribly over disappointed though as it only costed me £1.99.

MAC Prepped For Glamour Eyeshadow

This was the only thing I purchased from the 'Prep For Colour' collection, not like there is a lot to choose from in that particular collection.
Prepped For Glamour is a 'Frost' formula and MAC describes this as a 'Ashy/ dirty brown' which I do agree with.

However it's a neutral, brightening and totally not a boring brown,
a colour that will complement anything which I will treasure in my collection.

This shadow seems to flash both warm and cool tones and has the most beautiful pearly look to it,
Some have compared this to MAC's Satin Taupe which of course is in the permanent line so if this one runs out I know where to go.

The texture is very smooth and definitely not powdery the slightest.
