Claire's ReVamped Palette

As you can probably see the reason why I purchased this!

This palette costs just £7.00 at Claire's and has the cutest packaging, there's other version to choose from too.

It comes with 3 shadows, a highlighter, mascara and lipgloss, and I especially love the names of the shadows. There is also a mirror and a instruction booklet for an eye look tutorial.

The highlighter 'Glampire' is nicely pigmented and I can definitely see myself reaching for it.
The three shadows which are 'Horror Movie, Love Bites and Nocturnal' are not as pigmented but are smooth and aren't that bad.

The mascara doesn't seem to have any odour at all but I myself don't really fancy using it, which you can see why in my pictures when you scroll down, on the other hand I do like the lipgloss as it gives a nice natural cool cherry tone with a pinch of glitter and isn't sticky, but the smell is like kiddie medicine which I find with most Claire's glosses, fortunately that wears off and there isn't no taste.

Claire's Black Lipstick

This was the only lipstick I saw while in Claire's and at £2.50, why not?
I thought this would be a little different as it has cute little silvered sparkles on the black lipstick, yes well as I found out it's just a overlay! This lipstick is not suitable to wear on it's own, as no matter how moisturised your lips are, it's too patchy and sheer. The texture is very shiny and soft and it has no evil smell, I cannot detect any scent. As I found out this baby makes up some weird and wonderful shades combined with some other lipsticks, the colour is sheer enough to work with and can be built up.



So I picked up a small bunch of lipsticks and began topping them with the black lipstick!
Claire's Black + NYX Strawberry Milk - Strawberry Milk is so hard to work with, the formula doesn't seem to be like the other Round lipsticks. It shows up every flaw and is not as a moisturising texture. Add the Claire's lipstick, it turns out a lot different for the better. :)



Claire's Black + GOSH Darling - One of the nudest lipsticks ever meets black. This actually turned out darker than with Strawberry Milk.


Claire's Black + Milani Royal Ruby - This shimmered pink red, turns to a beautiful darkened berry.
The creativity is endless, and incredibly fun!

BeautyUK Eyeshadow Collection which is the 5th palette and I thought I had them all but obviously didn't, they only seem to sell the all blue toned number '5' in larger Superdrug stores.

Christmas Pudding lip balm- A cute novelty Item, I received at Xmas!
Doesn't really smell like Xmas Pud more like chocolate. Comes out clear and way too sticky but cute nevertheless. Sold at NPW for £2.95.



Victoria Jackson pieces I got for Christmas from my BF.
Has a lot of mixed reviews but I think it's a really lovely quality and the shadows are silky and very pigmented.

Shine 'N Go Lipgloss Trio- In a leather style pouch and all have a minty scent and cooling feel.
Slight tackiness but supposedly for more longevity. Two have sponge applicators but the lightest shade has a brush.




Harmony Eye Shadow Compact- In neutral shades with a nice faint shimmer, these are surprisingly very pigmented and the colour in the pan is the exact colour on your skin.




Color Collection Peach- A nice classic palette which is really lovely quality. All the compacts have the same feel as NARS with a mirror inside.






Last but not least is a rare MAC lipstick I love and rediscovered again is Vibrant 'O'
A beautiful bright intense Orange Peach shade in a 'Frost' finish. This from the C-Squeeze collection.

About Face Cosmetics (AKA) The She Space

I've been eyeing up these mineral shadows for a long time now, the vast colour range and naming just gets me and I just want them all. I also got the news that the company is closing down and put all the eye pigments on clearance for only $2.50 USD each which is around £1.64 GBP.
So I knew I had to get in there as it will be my last chance!
Now this did take well over a month to receive but I know that About Face is a very small company and are getting large volume of orders.
I have to also mention that Heather who made all of this, kept me updated with my order and queries and definitely comes across as a very sweet lady.


Now I purchased some of the standard shadows and a few from the StoryPeople collection.
As I took the picture I realized that I missed out one of the shadows I purchased which is 'Twisted Physic' so I promise I'll do a swatch in another post.
These mineral shadows aren't the softest but are not at the least gritty either, they're easy enough to blend and have a superior finish and definitely have very decent and build able pigment. The swatches I did were just one swipe!
My favourite that I have has to be 'Gothic Glamour' it's not just the name of course, it's just a beautiful rich colour which is described as a 'Blackened Pewter Shimmer' it has a deep cloudy brown tone to it that just kicks off with a full blasted iridescent shimmer and if you don't own it yet I totally recommend you do and quick at that as well, since it may be gone forever. :(

Overall I definitely love all these shadows and definitely getting more and more into the loose eyeshadow.

Vampiress Beauty Randomness 9

BYS Lip Liner in French Pink and First Kiss- These aren't ordinary drug store liners at all.
They are so pigmented and creamy. The weird thing about them is that they do not look like they'd be strong at all by looking at them in the pencil, as you can see from the pictures.


GOSH Single Eyeshadow in 282- Some of their products they don't like to name. This shade is a pretty electric sky blue.




Stargazer Pink Pout Pearl Eyeshadow- Which you can see the love on this one. It's a gorgeous pearly pink red.



Eyeko Creamy Cupcake Lipgloss- I wouldn't say this is a lipgloss but more like a moisturising balm. The glitter particles that you see in the pan don't show up on the lips. The main part of why I love this so much is that it has the most powerful yummy rich chocolatey cake smell. It has a slight sweet taste too. :)




Soap & Glory Sexy Motherpucker in Baby Doll- A very sheer medium pale pink, lovely plumping gloss. As with all Soap & Glory lip products, they all have a sweet chocolate smell.
I love the tingly sensation with this, but don't apply too much as it will go gunky which I did on my lip swatch hence the small size pic. One swipe is enough. :)
