Kelly Brook Vivacious EDT- Why did they discontinue this? This fragrance is incredible!
Very fresh, fruity and smells like Starburst sweets! Scared to use the little bit at the bottom. :(



MAC Brush Cleanser- I always use this for quick spot cleaning on a small towel. Does the job extremely fast and dries at super speed.


Dior DiorKiss Lip Gloss in Lychee Rose- While I hate the taste of real Lychees, I love this gloss.
It does of course smell like lychees but there's rose in there obviously. :) It has no taste and slightly sticky but lasts a long time! The colour reminds me of a sugar plum fairy, it's a plum pink with the prettiest not overdone sparkles. The colour is a little darker in real life, blame the flash.



All About Face Eye Pigment in Twisted Physic- The one I missed out in my last post. It's described as a 'Intense Periwinkle Grape Shimmer' I think it's more Blueberry then Grape. It's a very royal blueberry blue with fancy shimmers.

Superdrug Dazzle Glittering Body Spray & Lip 'N Eye OTD.

This is definitely my favourite purchase of this week. So cheap for under a £1 and works beautifully.
First of all I hate it when you get sprays with glitter that's too chunky, gritty and uneven, this is why I love this as it's the complete opposite.
The sparkles are soo tiny and finely milled, you can't feel them at all and it also has this glowy, shimmering Hollywood red carpet look about it. There's a mixer ball inside so I think this is the secret of how it comes out so evenly.
The spray comes out as a delicate frosty silvered white, so absolutely perfect for pale skin which I'm so happy about.... and it doesn't stop there, you're blessed with a strong sweet modern fragrance with every spray and I think I'm wasting it on smelling the stuff.
Superdrug's Dazzle Glitter Body Spray is just packed in the normal Aerosol spray can and can be found in the deodorant and body spray section, just look out for the glittered lilac cap. :)

NYX Jumbo Pencil in French Fries- A Bronzed Antique Gold this is my third NYX pencil in my collection and I can see myself using this as a liner too. NYX jumbo pencils are always so creamy, pigmented and opaque.
I've got the basic two wonderful shades which are Black Bean and Milk, which work superbly at bringing out the best of a shadow, especially glitters and shimmers as they seem to adhere to it. So I sometime use these over my Urban Decay Primer Potion then I apply this as a base and start working the shadow. An extra step but you do see results.

Revlon Pure Confection Highlighting Face Powder- Found at a pound shop, yes really. I think I love highlighters more than blush, seriously! I don't think I remember ever seeing this product at a counter. So maybe it was a 'Limited Edition' for a very short time?
Anyhow it's amazingly pigmented and applies beautifully. It has no chunky glitters just pure highlighting glow. This is perfect for paler skintones as it is quite more white based than the majority, although I can imagine it looking lush on other skintones too.

Maybelline Foreverstrong Nail Color in 101 Timeless Taupe- A pearly mauve toned taupe.
For some reason I tend to reach for older polishes much more than my newer ones. I absolutely love the older Maybelline packaged nail polishes so much more than their newer ones. They just seem to glide on better, leave a better finish and last longer, actually all around better. So I always keep an eye out for the oldies, *hints Ebay*

 Flower By Kenzo- One of my many Xmas presents from my Mum and I really wanted this fragrance. The scent I'd describe is like walking into a sugary sweet flower garden. It lingers on and lasts all day and such a beautiful feminine fragrance.

NYX Round Lipstick in 564 Almost Black- Yes it almost is, it's a very blackened shade with a perfectly worked out colour of fig. These lipsticks are as cheap as chips and it's completely an opaque even creamy finish, that feels the way it looks. No scent or taste, wears off evenly and very moisturising.

 

 

Boots Reviving Foot Spray- Really does cool down tired, aching and sore feet.  Especailly when you wear uncomfortable shoes. In my case Goth boots! Though I wouldn't know if it kills smelling feet because fortunately I don't suffer from that problem, haha.

 

Avon Boho Chic Perfumed Body Spray- I wanted to love this but it's just way to grassy and citrus for my liking. Avon's description 'Inspired by summer flowers and fruits, this joyful, youthful fragrance has a hint of sensual musk' to me this is not really what it smells like.

These are on sale at the moment for £1.50 so I'll like to try some other scents they have to offer. :)

Twilight Beauty Volturi Labyrinth Loose Eyeshadow in Frost- Snowflakes in a jar is how I would describe it. Alone it just looks like sheer white shimmer but over the top of a cream shadow you get a intense glistening diamond effect.

Boots Sale Haul

I meant to post this a couple of days ago but didn't get around to doing it, so better late then never. All of it was half price apart from the Christina Aguliera set which was a third off.


Christina Aguliera By Night Gift Set- Contains a 30ml EDT which I already have a 50ml one and love, just only wish it was a little stronger. A 50ml Body Lotion and a Brush Set which is a amazing beautiful soft quality for being a freebie in a set.



Celia Birtwell Cosmetic Organizer & Makeup Brushes- Yet again lovely soft quality brushes, nevertheless her stuff is always spot on quality.


Fresh Cupcake Suprise- Contains a Face Cloth and Raspberry Lip Licker. The Face Cloth smells gorgeous and fruity and I'm scared to wash it, let alone use it. The lip licker is quite oily but smelling as good as it smells you kind of forget about it. You also get a something else, as the plastic container that's the cupcake is reusable and perfect for little table top storage.





No7 Shimmer Powder And Puff- A nice big size of 23G. Beautiful puff and golden white finely milled glowy shimmers.



Scarlett & Crimson Totally Nailed Set- Contains a nice sized PVC clear zip bag, 3 nail polishes, 2 nail files, toe separators and a sheet of nail stickers. A very lovely set and I'm really glad I bought it. Scarlett & Crimson is also by Ruby & Millie.

Stargazer Pressed Powder in Orange- Which a freaking bright eyeshadow, and so bright my camera wouldn't pick it up. Nicely pigmented but may be a bit chalky for some.



The Body Shop Body Mists
£7.00 each and I love them, I currently have Cassis Rose and Sparkling Apple and will be looking out for some more because these are so lovely and refreshing. These two scents don't seem to be on the website, hope they haven't gone!

Bionsen Japanese Spa Minerals Deodrant - 100% Aluminium free, smells like intense lingering lemons and stings like something else! I must be allergic to a natural deodorant, weird huh? I'll stick to the likes of Dove and Sure.

Avon Ultra Colour Rich Mousse Lipstick SPF15 in Champagne- A gorgeous glowing caramel nude, very flattering. The texture is creamy and very hydrating. Has a slight fruity smell, which is nice. £7.00 usually but they're on offer for £3.00.



17 Lip Liner in Fawn- A real peach toned nude and it's very hard to find a true nude lip liner at this price. Very soft and easy to apply and you can tell how nude it is, swatched on my pale skin.
